Product Description
1. It can produce ultra-thin or fluffy pulp cotton core type sanitary napkin, which is individual fast-easy package.
2. PLC+touching screen+frequency regulator control system. Embossment roller temperature, driving speed and soon.
3. The planetary gear change-over mechanism is used to rotate the product for 90 and air values are used to control the suction force, thereby the products may be rotated for 90 fast and surely.
4.The soft-wrapping type is applied for small package, and hot-pressing & cutting type is adopted to ensure the products artistic and smooth appearance.
5.The integral machine is driven by frequency-control motor, and transmit in the combined of the bevel gear, universal coupling and synchronous belt.
6. Without stopping machine, automatically re-feed and exchange toilet paper, non-woven fabric, P.E film; auto control material tension, exchange material and get rid of wasted products, Machine stops automatically when breakdown takes place.
