It has complex non woven and PE film as back sheet online laminating function, back sheet and front tape location detection and cutting system, SAP suction feeding function. The side tape outlay can perform raw material changing manually. It also has the leak cuff and leg elastic ribbon outlay unwinding device, the detective device of loss of main raw materials. The crush capacity of the crusher is up to 600kgs/ hour. The machine adopts 16 sets of web guiding system for inspecting raw material defects. It has the dust recycling device and noise reduction device. The glue applicator is fixed on the second floor. There is a platform surrounding the second floor, which makes it easy to change raw materials, observe and maintain the machine.
The machine can be operated remotely. The operators may monitor the whole running process and solve the machine errors in time.
